I'm a Senior UX designer with almost a decade of experience across major corporations and agencies in the UK and Australia. I believe design is one of the most powerful tools we possess and that it should be utilised for good. I'm passionate about diversity and accessibility and creating outcomes that enhance and better the lives of others.
In my career, I've been fortunate to help grow and develop well-established brands such as Aviva, Cambridge University Press and Assessment and the University of East Anglia as well as smaller scale-up businesses like Bio-Bean and Epos Now. In some of these roles, I have been able to help exceed sale targets by as much as 178% and reduce bounce rates by 35%. Whilst these statistics are impressive, to me the real achievement has been in seeing my work improve customers' lives through feedback, analytics and conducting user testing.
I'm currently not looking for a full-time role but I sometimes have some freelance capacity so please reach out if you think I could be a good fit for your business! I'm frequently in London and other areas in the East of England. I have experience working internationally, having been based in Sydney for 6 months and am open to adjusting my schedule to work remotely for international clients and teams.
When I'm not working I love listening to music, hanging out with my cats and painting.
